Dr Siddiqui is a Consultant Physician with a special interest in Neuro-rehabilitation, stroke and Parkinson's disease. Currently he works at City Hospital and more recently as lead Consultant Physician with Neurophysioplus Ltd.
He has been a consultant since December 2007 and trained in Geriatric Medicine in the West Midlands deanery. Prior to this he was a junior doctor working mainly within the West Midlands region studying General and Rehabilitation medicine; gaining membership to the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in 2002. He was an under graduate at Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital, London and graduated in 1996.

At City Hospital, he is responsible for the care of general medical patients and patients that have had strokes and acquired brain injuries and require Neuro-rehabilitation and is at the forefront of stroke medicine including; thrombolysis.

He is proactive in the teaching of the Multi-Disciplinary Teams including medical and post-graduate students, physiotherapists, nurses and pharmacists. He is also actively involved with clinical research in Neurology and stroke rehabilitation and constantly updates his clinical skills and practice by attending relevant accredited courses and conferences.
