All of our professional staff are highly experienced and specialists in their field and have an active current case load, keeping them abreast of current practice and likely prognoses.  We have a particular strength in neurological conditions.
Expert Witness
As a leader in the provision of independent medico legal reports, Neurophysioplus ensure all instructions are handled with care and professionalism. We provide Medico-legal reports for solicitors, case managers and clients directly.  Our in depth knowledge and multidisciplinary approach enables us to work with complex multiple injuries requiring different specialities as well as less complex, single injury cases. We are able to provide  advice on each condition, the likely investigations and probable prognoses as well as providing an overview on the general functional effects of the injuries on the individual. Reports are provided by our specialist subsidiary, NPP Medico-legal Ltd.
Quality control
All medico-legal reports undergo peer review to ensure presentation accuracy, the presence of a clear prognosis and compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules and the Data Protection Act. NPP can obtain Medical Records and the necessary consent forms, providing a fast and efficient service.
A written quotation can be provided following the initial enquiry. Cases will vary markedly and thus it it not possible to provide an estimate prior to the initial review. Costs will vary depending on the location of the client and the complexity of the case and report.
How much will it cost?
We ensure that the initial assessment is undertaken in line with the letter of instruction.  Reports are generally provided within four to six weeks after the initial assessment, dependent on the availability of other documents and reports.
