Rosey graduated in 1998 from the University of Ulster. She has worked in acute and rehabilitation settings in Ireland as well as Heartlands and Moseley Hall Hospitals in Birmingham. Currently she specialises in Brain Injury and is employed within the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust and Moor Green rehabilitation service at Moseley Hall hospital. She has past experience in specialist services for Stroke and Parkinson's Disease and has dealt with clients in hospital, as outpatients and in the home environment. She is also a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University and volunteers for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Rosey is qualified to deal with both swallowing and communication disorders and has a special interest in complex language difficulties. She enjoys working with clients in the community and at home, making information accessible to people with communication disorders and working with families and carers.
