Following graduation from Birmingham University Stephanie gained experience at City Hospital Birmingham, undertaking both Junior & Senior rotational programmes, gaining experience in the core area's of physiotherapy and has now progressed to a senior grade. Currently she is working in the community and her client base is pre-dominantly patients requiring Neuro-rehabilitation or Orthopaedic Rehabilitation.  As part of her Band 6 rotations in outpatient Neuro-logical Rehabilitation, she assisted in the service developments at City Hospital, Birmingham. This included liaising with the community teams developing efficient triaging of patients and thereby reducing waiting lists. Additionally, she assisted in the development of casting and splinting proforma's and protocols.
